Bad experience with Telekom ********** account

I have got a bad experience with Telekom. Somebody opened a ********** account with them using my name. I reported the matter to them telephonically some time last year and they promised to investigate the matter. I never heard anything from them since last year. I have I then decided to go to the branch in carnival mall 3 weeks back and they asked me to provide them with the necessary documents which I did. Up to today I haven't heard anything from them. All this months they have deducting more than R2000 from my bank account to which I keep on reversing. This is indeed a bad experience.
