Bad experience with online order

Placed an order for a cellphone all went through even the debit order to check and validate account. Now they cannot pick up my home address for delivery. Really frustrating!!! No one to assist!!!! As all give me the same story. Told to go to a branch!!!! Why did I order online ?????
