Bad experience

Last week Monday I lost my phone, the following day I went to Telkom for a swimswop.Telkom refused to block the number telling me that I have a Debt from 2012 which i don't know about. Now the person that stole my phone I believe managed to unlock the phone and my personal information is at risk because of the stupid and greedy network. I have sent a complaint to NCR and I am still waiting for them to get back to me
