Bad experience

My contract ended in May. So they kept deducting money in the next few months. I ended up disputing the debit orders and now I called them because I'm tired of this thing and they are telling me I have to pay R800 to cancel my contract cause apparently they automatically extend your contract for you if you don't call them to cancel.
