Bad experience

After receiving an email from telkom showing thr inverter trolley I go to the branch at the boardwalk port elizabeth and am just told go online or call a number which reverts you to another number with no luck I visit another branch the Greenacres branch ladies tried to assist they were pleasant shower I get put on the line and told they don't have the item I'm looking for and cannot guarantee they will get it in stock So why ADVERTISE SOMETHING YOU DON'T HAVE and waste customers time.

So instead of upgrading I will be canceling my contract I'm sure you can afford to loose clients..
