Bad experience

I have been using Telkom for years for wifi SIM card , decided to take a second one this year I specifically asked for the same option, I noticed over few months that for the second sim I’m charged double the amount… for more than 3 months had to come to the store in Vincent where you have to wait for hours to be helped, then the consultant just told me to check my invoice really now?
