Bad Experience
<p>We app**** for the ADSL uncapped deal from Telkom on 20 April 2017. I had to wait until 26th of May 2017 for a technician to come around. I put in a day of leave and on the day the technician just called and told me that there was a problem at the box and there was nothing he could do but he escalated the matter to the regional manager and will be sorted out soon. Up until today I have had no feedback, I made contact with Telkom on twitter but only get a response to tell me that feedback will be provided once it is received. There is no time frame so which means I could wait up until 2 months for the matter to be resolved which is exactly the same thing that happened to my cousin who app**** for the same deal.</p>
