Bad email service

Sent telkom an email asking if they had recieved payment for the contract my mom took out for me. And the response was "today, recieved what". Like really. Is that how you speak to a paying customer? And infact I dont even understand the question because I clearly said "made payment of my account yesterday. Have you recieved it?".
