Bad Diepkloof Square telkom manager

At Diepkloof Square there's a new Telkom walk-in service container. I wanted to ask about network problems we're experiencing for the couple of months. But the manager was rude and told me I must call telkom it's not part of his job criteria and started reading what was outside the board and ask if did I see anything of network. I tried to get understanding as I'm doing business with telkom, he became personal and ignored me until I left on my own after being ignored and other customers where served.
