Bad & Delayed services
I went to Telkom store in Vangate on the 1 Feb with all my paperwork and info required for the 80gb deal (40 & 40) I had my bank statements, payslips and ID, I filled in the forms and I was sorted, the lady that assisted me had advised me they did not have routers and I would be contacted as soon as they got stock in.
I went back on the 14 Feb 2018 as nobody had contacted me, to find out they had lost my paperwork and the store manager said they would call me back. She took my contact details but until today nobody has contacted me.
This is so unprofessional and you expect people to come back.
