BAD DEBT WRITTEN OFF FOR CANCELLED CONTRACT

Hi There.

I Had app**** for a car on friday however this morning they advised me they can;t approve because of Telkom. Apparently telkom added a bad debt written off on my account on Friday. I don;t understand for what because the account I use to have with 8ta was closed and settled back in 2013 at the Northgate branch.

Can someone call me back because I have been trying to reach you the whole morning.
