Bad Custormer service

<p>Good day Launa</p> <p>This is the Fourth time I am posting this post without being helped</p> <p> </p> <p>I have gotten a contract for an IPhone 7 on the 30 October 2016, the phone was recalled a few days later and then brought back. After I had recieved it, it wasnt working I brought it back to the Telkom Express Loch Logan Waterfont. I have since been waiting for the phone. They refused to let me cancel the contract nor give me a new phone. As per terms and condition, within 7 days I can get a new phone but they keep saying I have t wait, I need to CANCEL OR GET A NEW PHONE!!!I have had to go there several times but even the manager refuses to assist or cancel my contract. I havent had a phone for 3 months how am I suppossed to function. This is totally unacceptable</p> <p>I was contacted and the lady said I should call back this number ********** 370 and no one answers the phone!!<br />Only to be send the following sms.<br />YOUR DEVICE HAS BEEN DEEMED OUT OF WARRANTY AND HAS BEEN QUOT"DEAR THATO MAHUMA ED R5634.03 INC VAT. PAYMENTTO TELKOM REPAIRS, ABSA ********** 175 REF NO TRL034505 QUOTE VALID FOR 7 DAYS. A CONSULTANT WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH YOU SHORTLY. TELKOM MOBILE"<br />THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I NEVER USED THIS PHONE IT WAS RECALLED AFTER A FEW DAYS HAVING IT. AFTER IT WAS BROUGHT BACK IT DIDNT WORK I TOOK IT BACK THE NEXT DAY, I SHOULD GET A REFUND OR CANCELL THE CONTRACT NOT BE QUOTED TO PAY. </p> <p>I NEED THIS TO BE ESCALATED TO THE HIGHEST MANAGEMENT.! I CANT BELIEVE PEOPLE ARE TREATED THIS WAY!!</p> <p>On the 25th R2000 was withdrawn off my account and then R1300 on the 26th and I dont even have a phone since!!<br />The consultant that taken the phone said they will not be taking money off until this matter has been resolved.<br />I really need to know how am I expected to function or live when all my salary has been taken off. No one responds to emails every time you call they refer you to sending an email or calling another number. They never get back to anyone. <br />I have also send a complaint to the consumer ombudsman. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
