BAD CUSTOMER TREATMENT

I am not happy at all with Telkom services especially Telkom in Irene Mall Village i took my phone for repairs on the 18th June 2020 even today 05 August 2020 I do not have my device, every time I go there they'd say to me they do not see any progress on the system. As a matter of fact I am the one who follows up with them they do not send an sms or call to inform you about the progress..... I am annoyed with Telkom
