Bad Customer Support

My mom had Fibre installed...technicians came in the beginning of the week to connect it and then disabled her adsl before checking if the Fibre is working. We have vern on the phone the whole day yesterday and so far today as well and no one can help. It's pathetic...paying for a service that you not getting. Needless to say if it doesn't get fixed today she will cancel and rather go through Igen
