Bad customer support

It's a Sunday and my wifi and landline is down. I have phoned the customer care service around 9 times Today. They keep saying that I am going to get transferred to a consultant. Then the call gets cut! Are there no consultants available? What's the issue? Disgusting serve. Pathetic.
