bad customer serving not delivering

I took out a product with Telkom and from the date that this contract was taken I had endless problems. Getting send from pillar to post between call centre and branch. There are only bunch of idiots working there. Have numerous ref no request numerous services and for three months nothing has been done. Do these owners not care that their brand is being dragged through the mud. All there branch are packed by queues of people not getting what they are promised. Staff are *********** and just dont care how much time and money you spending to get the service that they promise
