bad customer services

The consultants and store manager at Telkom Irene Mall are clueless, unfriendly and have a very bad attitude towards their clients, they dont know what they're doing, they made me come to the store 3 times for a sim swap, initially they said I had to pay again to do another sim swap as I didnt configure the esim correctly and it was my fault to which I declined and when I got home I checked the physical as I had done 2 sim swaps it wasn't working as well, they said I needed to come back after 2-3 days or check it before coming to the store, it's been three weeks and my SIM cards are still not working.
