BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES AND NOT KEEPING TO THEIR WORD

I have pre-ordered online a Huawei mate 20 Pro and watch on 23/10/2018. Consultant promised me that the phone and watch will be delivered within 5 days (please note not 5 working days) It is now 8 days later and yet no phone nor any phone calls to inform me that delivering will be delayed. They are very fast to take their money and debit my account but their customer services is not up to standard to keep a client happy or informed what is happening. This is unacceptable!!!! either refund me my money back into my account or phone me and let me know when delivery will take place. Should i not receive any feedback within 24 hours i will write another complaint due to lack of service.
