Bad customer services

Really disappointed in Telkom. I spoke to a lady at Telkom's customer services. I had to return the phone due to personal problems and the lady stated that its a lame excuse and dropped the phone. After calling them again, no one can assist me due to the 7 day return policy which i think is unacceptable due to lack of assistance. Telkom please assist with the return of the phone, its not been used, that all I'm asking for.
