Bad customer service/Online communication not working

I cancelled my Telkom fixed line (that went ok and without hassles) but now a refund is due to me. I wanted to enquire how this will be done/how I will receive the refund but cannot get reply or any communication with Telkom established online (email, chat). Website just hangs. Also no reply to the email I sent on 2 June 2020. This customer service is shocking! First let the customer pay and then the customer struggles to receive the credit due. The other way round it would not work and interest would be charged. And a bad credit rating will be given.
