Bad Customer Service - Tygervalley Brancg

I just received the most disgusting service from Mishka Daniels at Tygervalley Mall's branch. I came in requesting them to look at my router which has been disconnected, She was not answering me when I asked her what is wrong, when I told her this is not the way you treat a customer, she continued by rolling her eyes. I REALLY REALLY hope Telkom reprimands her as she has absolutely no Customer service etiquette!
