Bad customer service to the core, shop around and don't use Telkom

Bad customer service. You get handed over to ****ty NuDebt Collection without even a call to say bring your account up to date. You get suspended and when you pay, you have to wait 7 days being told the system mist clear you, whatever that is cause they do acknowledge that they see the payment. But some Telkom Connect must clear you in 7 days. Yhooo....I prefer Rain, never experienced this.
