Bad customer service, terrible assistance on all platforms

For a while now we have been constantly calling and logging calls for the same incident. Poor customer service, difficulty in getting this issue sorted. We are working and studying from hom as well but the connection issue has been a nightmare for the past month. Its horrific that we have to pay for a service which we are not receiving. Disgusting actually. Hoping someone can urgently assist before it becomes a legal battle.
