BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE TELKOM WESTWOOD!

Last week I spoke to some one by the name of Shannon from telkom westwood to assist with a contract, I have had no feedback from her this is now a week later, I have sent her emails and tried to call the store numerous of times... So last week I then called 10213 to find out about the order.. The gentleman that assisted me was more than helpful and went the extra mile to tell me I need to contact that store as they jus canceled my order, with out my knowledge or giving me any reason of why they canceled it.. He said it could be because they had no stock, which they should of called and offered something else as by them jus canceling it will affect my credit report... I the tried calling the store again and emailed Shannon for answers as they nor answering the store.. And still no response! So telkom wat are url gng to do with the fact that url messed up my credit score with urls staff jus finding the need to cancel people's contract with no reason! I want answers how url gng to fix it before cob today!
