Bad Customer service (Telkom Billing)

I've had a terrible experience with Telkom trying to resolve a billing issue. My account has been debited successfully, yet my services are still blocked and I am unable to use my data and voice services. The call centre agents does not want to assist or escalate the matter. I have called several times and got several different stories from them.
