Bad Customer service-Phone order

i app**** for a contact phone and a pocket rooter a week or 2 back and yesterday i received only the rooter and the phone wasn't there...i went into the store at mall of Africa seeking help which i was told they cant assist m bcz i did application online.

this morning i called the telkom helpline and was told they see nothing regarding the phone...i called again and spoke to a different person which told me that the phone is with the courier company and the reference number is SJU ********** 5001,I Called courier company and they told me that they dont have anything for me from telkom...

i called telkom again and spoke to a different person which she told me a story i dont even know what exactly she was saying...

can at-least i get proper feedback regarding my order,if its not coming i should know so that i can approach a different service provider...worse the debit order for the fone has already ran through from my account on Friday but i still dont have the fone and noone know whats happening...the people i spoke to were actually useless bcz they all gave m different stories which ddnt add up.I mean telkom was sooo quick in debiting my account for a phone i dont even have

i am leaving this weekend and needed the fone before then because i wont be around for sometime but i see telkom is disappointing me with bad customer service..

a i gonna get the phone from telkom??If yes ,when?or should i take my business esewhere>??/
