Bad Customer service paying for something I did not receive

<p>I took a contract with Telkom for my laptop and did not receive my sim with it ive been calling them for almost 2 months and no one want to take ownership of the problem all they do is transfer me to all departments with no help and they deduct the money from my account even though i still dont have the sim for data that goes with the laptop .</p>
