Bad Customer service over faulty Huawei product

We bought a Huawei notebook D15 core I3 laptop package just over a month ago. It looked beautiful and worked beautifully...until it hit the 2 week mark. Suddenly, no image display on the screen, just a flash of light from behind the screen and that was that. We decided to complain to Telkom Vincent Park and essentially were told that it is up to us to contact Huawei themselves to solve the problem... Words were spoken and now Huawei is fetching the product. We purchased it from Telkom and suddenly there was no customer service within the warranty period. This laptop is used for the purpose of business and now we have to wait for someone to come and collect it...we have been no given time frame...do not know if the people are actually going to come and we have a service to provide for our own business with the laptop in less than a week. This was completely unnecessary and could potentially affect our business badly.
