Telkom is the most *********** network provider. I wouldn’t encourage anyone to use them. It takes you the whole year to cancel a contract with them. Their consultants do not have accountability and are very rude, the likes of Katlego. There’s no record keeping as required by FAIS act of customer interaction. I am cancelling the unknown contract you’ve put to my name and should you debit my account the unknown R200 you said I owe, you will face the dance.
