Bad Customer Service - No assistance

I had the most horrible experience with their customer care services. They are not willing to listen to you, or even investigate your case. They will tell you of how Telkom normally does things without actually checking the facts of your account or case. I logged 2 cases to cancel my contract and in both cases none of their customer service agent ever called to explain the findings. Then when i decided to call them I was told, "that is how telkom does things". When I interrogated the the invoicing error and cancellation of the contract, I was dismissed and told I clearly will not understand or take what they say. They then went ahead and kept debiting and billing me without even making contact.
