BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM TELKOM- Nqobile Thusini (supervisor )

Suspended my phone and the payment was made and when I asked to send the proof of payment and they didnt want to accept the proof of payment and I must wait for the payment to reflect n I asked to speak to the supervisor and I was told there is no one available, such big company doesnt have enough supervisors.Was kept on hold for 20 minutes I was told there is no supervisor on Consultant I spoke to : Sinethemba Mkatshana.
