Bad customer service from telkom.

Telkom doesn't care about it's customers at all, I reported a network problem sometimes is January this year and it's still haven't been attended to. All this did was to send a technician to my house to check what was wrong and he told me the tower was not working and all that happened around February and we still don't have network and no communication from telkom.
