Bad customer service from Telkom

Am so disappointed with the poor service am receiving from Telkom, it been two weeks I reported that we don’t have a network connection and I only use WiFi in my house so in order for me to be able to do my work and my kids to do their homework and school projects they need WiFi. I called Telkom to report this 2 weeks ago and they gave a reference number and I was called by two Telkom agents whom both told me they are escalating the issue but until today nothing has been resolved and today am starting a third week without network connection, this is very frustrating and very unprofessional!!
