Bad customer service from telkom and their insurance company

I made a request on 24/03/2021 for my Telkom insurance to be cancel via email got a response the next day that it has been canceled but on my invoice for April it appeared I then call telkom call center then said my insurance is not canceled I must speak to the insurance company went back to to insurance got another story that my insurance it is canceled then sent me a confirmation of the cancellation then this month again same story if still shows on my bill when I call telkom no one knows how to help me after this experience I will never take any contract with telkom their just crocks
