Bad customer service from Telkom agends

Worse customer service ever. Makes my reason for affordable data prices switch so regretful. How is it so that each an every agent when I get through them the phone cuts off just after explaining my complaint? And what makes it more frustrating the numbers I'm given on site *** and by an agent *** sucked my entirer airtime even though I was told it is a toll free number calling with a telkom number which I did. This is frustrating really and at the branches too on is referred to call agents which they call you back as a customer.

Can a telkom agent particularly from the collections department call me back ***
