Bad customer service from telkom

Do all Telkom customers have a problem getting hold of Telkom people...., just to set things straight... because taking money out of your account changing dates without your knowledge...and change reference numbers and when you go in all you hear is leave it as credit...but how...if they don't call or inform you of your own account..so why is there shops but can't help and when you call, you only get the robot voice that don't help at all....
