Bad Customer Service from Jay working Telkom in Killarney

I went to Telkom in Killarney looking for a landline package helped by a guy called Jay he was up and down in the mall puting my information without finishing what made me crazy is that he told me after 4 hours that the system is offline all the time he was busy installing my information as if the system is ok. Jay is very rude he can not managed customers when I arrived this morning he told Nthabiseng Nkonaone not to help me he will help me I waiting for sometimes I had to scream out to beg for beg help. I have been a customer with Telkom for more than 7 years and I never had such a horrible experience in my entire life with telkom. I have never spent 4 hours in one store . Kindly take further steps for him because he’s going to bring a name for Telkom.
