Bad customer service

Does telkom ever get back to any of the queries as the list is endless? I've done an upgrade, which was cancelled. Not surprised by it, since I've read all the reviews, but I am being charged for new contract which only expires in 2022.... Spoke to so many call agents and no-one can assist.
