Bad customer service

Bad customer service and inconsiderate, I cancel my month to month service on the 7th of May as the blocked my number, thru their WhatsApp services and till today they did not close my account. They keep on billing me month to month and when I call the customer service regarding the cancelation everyone is referring me to a number I can not get thru to it as my number is blocked. Impossible and inconsiderate.
