Bad customer service

Bad customer service, I call Telkom customer service number and spoke to the guy by the name of Thabiso, the query was about me wanting to know by when I am due to upgrade my IPhone, yes yes the guys was very rude and told me that it is not his decision to tell me by when to upgrade my phone contract with Telkom and he is not also a sales person how am I supposed to know all of that because I call Telkom customers service, to make it worse he hang up while I was still talking, 😟where do I need to go for this info, I’ve been with Vodacom almost all my life and never received this kind of service Telkom I need your intervention do something about this .
