BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE,.

I am really disappoint at the service Telkom along with CourierIT has given me. I did an upgrade on 18/09/2024 and the phone was supposed to be delivered 27/09/2024 till today I have not received my phone. I do not know how many times have I called in for this to be resolved, I even sent emails. I do not care if you are changing delivery company as a customer I shouldn't be caught in the middle of this. I want my phone if it means Telkom delivering it themselves so be it. THIS IS NOT RIGHT,Ishould have received this phone 3 to 5 working days which was last week Thursday 26/08 or latest 27/08 till now NOTHING and today marks 10 business working days STILL NOTHING. I want this phone delivered tomorrow 04/10/2024 I am tired of this back and forth game you playing. I am really disappointed at you Telkom I have been such a loyal customer for yearssss and this is best service you can give me? If the phone is not delivered tomorrow. I AM CANCELLING MY CONTRACT AND LEAVING THIS NETWORK.
