Bad customer service

I am so angry at telkom they have the worst customer service ever no one knows what's happening they clearly don't work with the same policy I have been waiting for more than a week for someone to assist and what makes me more angry is that no one ever calls me I am always the one that need to do follow ups.. Telkom customer service SUCKS
