Bad customer service

Yesterday I went to Telkom in Lalucia branch where I took my cell phone contract, I already have the rooter contract with them. I went to do a Sim swap of my cellphone contract number, when I got there I wanted since everyone was busy with customers, and one guy he finished with his customer, he than went up and down not calling to come so he can assist, he totally ignore my existence in the shop, until the one that was still busy asked him to help me since there about to close, I than went to him, he asked what I came to do, I told him, he asked if I have my ID with, as he is asking he walking towards the door, I told him no, he said I won't help you, he went straight out... I was left like that no explanation, the attitude he was giving as I was standing before he went out, his Name is Brighton, the staff was shocked as asked each other what going on with him.... They phoned him to come back and assist me he did not, I waited for about 15min, he came back he started talking, ruddly.... I am a customer and the service I received was so disappointing.
