BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BY TELKOM

I am so disappointed with Telkom mobile as I had to again follow up on the ***** case (3rd case for the same contract, they opened/closed the previous cases without any investigation).

I am now told that someone is yet to take up the case after almost a week.
