Bad Customer Service ,Brits Mall Telkom

Bought a Samsung Wireless Charger at the Telkom Store in Brits ,Returned it the following day because it was not compatible with my Ctype Charger ,and they said they can't refund me ,after some back and forth they agreed to refund me ,they then asked me to come back the Following day for a refund which I did but they said they don't have cash In store ,I was asked to email them my bank details then they will refund me ,I still haven't received any response from them and I cannot keep on Driving to the store and not get any joy.
