Bad customer service

I have since gave them my phone for repairs on 22/02/2023 of which when I call for feedback they don't know anything about the phone, when I call customer care they can't even give me the relevant number to call and ask about my phone. So I want nothing to do with Telkom ever again for their bad service they can keep the phone.
