Bad customer service at telkom the Glen mall

Would like to share the absolutely ****ty customer service I recieved from Telkom consultant at The Glen Mall near clicks in particular from a young male consultant named Zuko. Telkom SA this disgusting service that I received from this consultant is unacceptable, he is arrogant, rude and totally unhelpful doesnt even bother to listen I expect to see action taken here or will take my money somewhere else. Dont expect such service considering the size of telkom as well as the fact that I have been a longstanding customer of telkom.
