Bad customer service at Telkom express store in Canal walk

I went to the Telkom store on the 13th of October to do a sim swop . The sim swop was done but the agent who helped me at the Telkom express store in Canal walk renewed my contract without my permission . My line is suspended because I went over my credit limit . On Saturday I called the store and escalated to the store manager, he could not assist me even after sending him the proof of what the advisor did on my account.
