Bad customer service at Telkom

I bought a phone at Telkom in Alberton November 2024. This is a contract phone Samsung A35. It was supposed to come with accessories (earpods and a watch). I put in a claim with them on the very same day, to which they said it would take 7 working days. It has now been 4 months and I haven't received any further communication from them. I have been trying to call and WhatsApp them with no luck.
