Bad customer service and unprofessional attendance to customer complaints

We are on a Telkom contract my wife and i and its been a long walk complaining about services and we have been holding on the customer service line for weeks. They said they where going to send some technician the next day to help with the situation and i stayed home all day and no one showed up. This is really unprofessional and we are paying every month for service we are not using. What is this???
